Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer to take charge of our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding junior developers, overseeing the design and development of software applications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. You should have a solid understanding of the .NET framework, excellent leadership abilities, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Development: Take ownership of full-stack development, including the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET technologies such as ASP.NET and .NET Core.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and product teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architecture & Design: Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and secure applications that meet business and technical requirements.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure continuous improvement across the team.
• Best Practices: Promote coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to maintain code quality.
• Troubleshooting: Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• CI/CD Management: Manage continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) processes to ensure smooth releases.
• DevOps Collaboration: Work with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment, monitoring, and support of applications.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest technologies and trends to improve team efficiency and application performance.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience with .NET technologies, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and Web API.
• Proven experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Front-end development experience with technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Strong knowledge of databases, especially SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with microservices and container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an independent work ethic.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, or Ansible.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Certifications in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
