About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned HRIS Program Manager to join our growing team! In this strategic role, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the successful implementation and ongoing support of our HRIS platform.
You'll collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive HR transformation, ensuring our HR processes are optimized and aligned with business objectives.
Your expertise in project management and HR best practices will be instrumental in maximizing the value we derive from our HR technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
HRIS Strategy & Implementation:
Lead the implementation and ongoing support of our HRIS platform, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless user experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to define implementation strategies, governance protocols, communication plans, and change management approaches.
- Leverage your HRIS expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize workflows within the system.
- Stay abreast of emerging HR technology trends and evaluate potential integrations to further enhance our HR capabilities.
Project Management & Execution:
- Manage the entire HRIS project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to successful completion and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Oversee project communication, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams (People Technology, IT, HR), executives, and external partners.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, assess needs, and facilitate effective communication channels to build consensus and alignment throughout the HR transformation process.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues transparently, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR project management, with a proven track record of successful HRIS implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including talent management, data management, and payroll.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, risk management, and resource allocation methodologies (e. , PMP certification a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively and lead teams through transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS configuration and data management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
