Job Description

  • Education: Bachelor s (Preferred)
As a Hotel Online Booking Call Center Agent, your main responsibility is call guest to collect advance amount to confirm his/her booking, & handle incoming calls from customers seeking to make hotel reservations. You will provide exceptional customer service and assist callers in booking accommodations, answering questions about rates, availability, and hotel amenities. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and positive booking experience for customers while promoting the hotels services and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Call Guest who has booked room by online OTA (like booking.com) and collect advance to confirm his/her booking.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service. Assist customers in making hotel reservations by accurately entering their information into the reservation system.
  • Provide information about room availability, rates, packages, and promotions to help customers make informed booking decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a friendly and efficient manner, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer payments securely and accurately, following the hotels payment procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, reservations, and transactions in the call center system.
  • Stay updated on the hotels offerings, policies, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry or hotel reservations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail to accurately enter customer information and reservation details. Familiarity with hotel booking systems and online travel platforms.
  • Knowledge of hotel policies, room types, rates, and amenities to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and patient attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
