Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee the quality assurance processes at our sheet metal press facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the consumer durable field, specifically with experience working with high-profile customers such as LG and Samsung. This role requires extensive knowledge of 5S methodology, quality management, and ISO systems implementation from scratch. The candidate must also be capable of handling customer interactions and have experience as a Management Representative (MR).
*Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and oversee the implementation of ISO systems from scratch, Maintain and promote 5S methodology to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, Oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure product quality meets customer specifications and industry standards, Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality issues and ensure prompt resolution, Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement, Train and mentor staff on quality standards and procedures, Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Proven experience in the consumer durable field, specifically with customers like LG and Samsung, Strong knowledge of 5S methodology, quality management, and ISO systems implementation from scratch, Excellent leadership and team management skills, Ability to handle customer interactions and resolve quality issues effectively, Experience as a Management Representative (MR), Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Effective communication and interpersonal skills,

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
