Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and non-compliances, and develop corrective actions plans to address them.
  
• Provide training on safety procedures, emergency response planning, and incident investigation techniques to employees at all levels.
  
• Collaborate with management to integrate EHS considerations into business operations decision-making processes.
  
• Ensure timely reporting of incidents, near misses, and accidents according to company policy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in Environment Health Safety (EHS) role with a strong background in REAL ESTATE industrialization.
  
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification preferred
  
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS strategies that drive continuous improvement.
