The ideal candidate will be responsible for end to end post sale activity from booking to possession, coordinating the daily work activity with the team, monitor and reporting on performance targets collection report. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Co-ordination Agreement for Sale Registration process.

2. Customer relationship management, achieving monthly target of payment collection

3. Provide project information & construction update to customer as per request.

4. Handling customer grievances - Related to payment issues, Loan process issues, customization in unit issues, possession & clearance formality issues.

5. Coordinating with team for due & pending instalments, collection Updating, processing, & Filling of all documents.

6. Ensure smooth possession process and solve clients queries with the co-ordination of engineering department.

7. Coordinating with customers for their sales documentation & loan process.

8. All Project Agreement Preparation, Execution of Agreement, Arrangement of Registration.

9. Completion Demand Letter, Reminder Letter, Interest letter to be generated / prepared - Settlement the interest issue with the approval of management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or MBA
• 4+ years of sales experience in Real Estate
• Excellent communication skills Telephone etiquettes.
• Time Management, honest & hardworking

• Team Player
