We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Real Estate Agent with 1 to 3 years of work experience to join our team at Sikka Realtors

This full-time position is based in Delhi and requires expertise in real estate sales and market analysis to support our clients and help them achieve their property goals.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven work experience as a real estate agent for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years

Real estate sales experience (Mandatory skill)

Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively and efficiently

Strong market analysis capabilities to provide accurate market evaluations

Expertise in customer relationship management to build and maintain client relationships

Proficient in property valuation techniques and methods

Ability to network effectively to generate leads and find prospective buyers or sellers

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies

Exceptional communication skills for client interactions and conducting presentations

Roles And Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify properties that best match client needs

Manage property listings and update online property databases
