Job Description - Brand Marketing Manager
Key Objective of the job:
We are seeking a highly motivated Brand Marketing Manager to support our marketing and branding initiatives.
This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of brand management.
The Brand Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive brand success and achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strengthen the brand:
- Sharing communication briefs, developing creatives, and doing end-to-end execution with the agencies for campaigns, media, PR, etc.
- Coordinating with the agency, production house, and internal teams (warehouse team and designers) for a smooth flow of monthly photoshoots
- Ensure all consumer facing elements are in line with brand guidelines - brand, performance, content, social, PR, retail.
- Partner with the retail team to drive business achievement for the offline market.
- Planning and execution for new store openings
- Monthly planning and execution of retail support like BTL, in-store, in-mall, etc.
- Coordinating with multiple agencies, mall teams, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Partnerships & Collaborations for online and offline channels
- Ensure strong partnerships with leading banks for their credit and debit card tie-ups for all Melorra brand and festive campaigns and collection launches
- Build strong collaborations (paid and barter) with non-competing, complementary brands to scale brand campaigns using innovative cross-promotional ideas and events.
- Manage partners like payment gateways, Gift card providers,
- EMI providers etc with negotiating offers, daily GTM activations, account reconciliations, and consumer complaint resolutions.
- Custodian of Category/Consumer/Competition Insights to generate a pool of 10 + winning research-validated communication concepts & elevate consumer understanding for the entire organization.
- Researching every week either by attending CS calls, or visiting own / competitor stores to understand consumers' behavior, wants, needs, etc of consumers
- Monthly scan of competition (local and international) content and advertising - online, offline, and retail.
- Ensuring effective negotiations with vendors and agencies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in brand management, retail marketing & partnerships & collaborations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market and sales data.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and consistency.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, social media account management, analytics, and MS Office Suite
