Job Level - JL 13 (Analyst I Infrastructure Services)

Years of Exp - 3- 6 Years

Location - Kolkata (Customer location)

Job description :

• Must have the ability to understand ITIL Process, SM and SMAX Modules and its integrations
• Must have hands on experience in supporting and performing enhancements in SMAX.
• Must have knowledge or working experience on OBM, NNMi, and HPSA tools
• One to three years of work experience on any of the Enterprise Service Management tools preferably Micro Focus SMAX
• SMAX application administration and L2/L3 level support
• Must have experience in managing Micro Focus/Open Text tools and its lifecycle activities - upgrades, migrations and applying hot fixes would be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge on Importing Data, configuring workflow rules, notifications, Approval definitions, custom actions.
• Working knowledge on creating custom tables, fields, forms.
• Must have hands on experience in SM or SMAX/Integration Support and some project experience
• Must have the ability to execute health checks and SOP and understand automated health checks and monitoring
• Must have understanding of Process Designer, JavaScript, Triggers, Wizards, Format, Format Control, Links, Display Option and Display Screens in SM and Basic studio and administration of SMAX
• Must be Certified in ITIL foundation V3/V4
• Good to have perl /shell / Python/Groovy scripting skills
• Good to have the ability to gather requirements for implementations
• Good to have the knowledge on Dockers and Kubernetes, its working and components
• Good to have the knowledge on Web services (SOAP and RESTAPI)
• Good to have knowledge on Linux and Windows administration
• Good to have the knowledge of SSL and SSO
• Good to have the knowledge on Infrastructure and Network components
• Good to be Certified in SM 9 , SMAX and other MF Products
• Understanding of PostgreSQL would be added advantage
• Working with Banking or financial sectors would be an added advantage
• Willing to work from customer location
• Willing to work in shifts and on-call support
• Demonstrated technical documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
