Role Description
Business Functional Analysis is responsible for business solution design as a whole in complex project environments (e.g. transformational programmes). Work includes
Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation
Analysing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes
Designing and assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processes
Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation.
Answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity
Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing and maintaining solutions.

Your key responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements.
Design, develop and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform Products (Real time CDP, CJA, Data Collections).
Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Analysis of consent management platform across the channels to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Feasibility checks of business requirements and effort estimation for implementation.
Support in troubleshooting and fixing bugs that might occur in production environments.
Train and mentor stakeholders and team members on Adobe Experience Cloud tools and best practices.
Creation and maintenance of technical documentations and best practices.
Closely collaborating with SMEs, architects, PO, and other developers.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in the digital marketing and analytics area.
Provide needed clarifications on requirements to team members using agile framework i.e user stories and help drive the agile process forward by participation in backlog grooming, sprint planning etc.
Your skills experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform Products (Real time CDP, CJA, Data Collections).
Familiarity with UserCentrics CMP (cookie consent management) is beneficial for analyzing digital sales and marketing requirements.
Proficiency in web analytics, A/B testing and personalization strategies.
Extensive experience with data modelling and segmentation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
Expertise and hands-on experience with integrations of marketing technology tools with other systems.
Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary international teams in an agile setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Proficient in English - Upper Intermediate to Advanced Level).
Experience of Agile software delivery methodology and Agile Team management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, self-organized teams with functional stakeholders of various levels.
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and deadlines.
Skilled at collaborating effectively with team members while also working independently when required.
Required Qualifications Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 8 years of previous experience in implementing and/or using marketing technology tools or a similar role.
University degree in computer science / business informatics (or comparable) or comparable education.
Good understanding of Data modelling Segmentation.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good understanding of Adobe Experience Platform Products (Real time CDP, CJA, Data Collections).
Clear and focused communication skills (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization in English.
Must have exceptional soft skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business languages.
