Team / division overview
The Private Bank Divisional Vendor Management Office (PB DVMO) is responsible for implementing the core requirements of the Third-Party Management Framework and thus for an efficient and effective management of Private Bank s third-party portfolio. The DVMO collaborates with Private Bank s global business stakeholders and its COOs and other group functions to appropriately challenge, execute and manage business requirements in full compliance with internal / external policies and standards.

Your key responsibilities
As a part of the team Portfolio Analytics you will
Consult and work together with different stakeholders in vendor management topics
Support validation of PB s third-party strategy and help to steer the third-party portfolio to meet defined key performance indicators
Analyse PB s third-party portfolio and identify measures that contribute to PB s targets
Support/ execute measures in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
Prepare impactful analysis, meeting materials or presentations as required to facilitate senior stakeholder engagement and management approvals
Your skills and experience
Experienced data analytics skills including setting up databases with complex formulas (i.e. excel)
Vendor management experience gained within a global corporate, financial services or management consulting environment
Strong team player, with proven ability to work in a global team and drive results both collaboratively and independently
Strong analytical and communication skills
Educated to degree level or with relevant industry experience
Business fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills helpful but not mandatory
Very good Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel)
