Role responsibilities
- The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
- This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Team handling, This person should have strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
- This person should be pleasant and trustworthy.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers with assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets given by the organisation.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Keeping yourself up to date with products and competitors.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate from Real Estate Sales background is Preferred
- Candidates should be minimum Graduate.
- Candidates should have a minimum 5 years of experience in Real estate market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Own Vehicle is Mandatory
