Regional Sales Manager

  Job Description  

 The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets  across specified product categories. This role includes leading a team of ASEs, conducting market analyses, devising strategic marketing plans, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include:

1. Sales Strategy Development:
   
• Create, implement, and monitor the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop short-term and long-term sales goals in alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Team Leadership:
   
• Hire, train, and mentor sales team members to maximize performance.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team and track their progress.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and strategize solutions.
3. Market Expansion:
   
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and business development channels.
• Establish partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's footprint.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to create innovative sales approaches.
4. Competitor Analysis:
   
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Provide insights to the marketing team for campaign refinements and differentiation.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
   
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
7. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
8. Budget Management:
   
• Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective sales operations
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry developments.
• Train the team to effectively communicate product benefits and USPs to clients.
9. Risk Management:
   
• Identify potential risks in sales operations and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor payment collections and ensure compliance with credit policies.
