Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Growth:
   
• Drive sales and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the companys business plan.
2. Team Management:
   
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives or representatives.
• Allocate tasks, set clear objectives, and monitor performance regularly.
3. Client Relationship Management:
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
• Address client issues and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
4. Market Analysis:
   
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to create effective sales strategies.
• Provide market insights and feedback to the senior management team.
5. Strategic Planning:
   
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and improve regional sales performance.
• Plan and execute promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
6. Reporting:
   
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, revenue projections, and team performance updates.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry in CRM tools for tracking sales and pipeline progress.
7. Travel and Territory Management:
   
• Travel extensively within the assigned zones as per the sales plan (e.g., South India, West India).
• Optimize sales routes and schedules for effective coverage of the territory.
8. Budget and Resource Management:
   
• Manage and track sales budgets, including travel and promotional expenses.
• Ensure optimal utilization of company resources to achieve maximum profitability
