Position: Business Development Specialist
The incumbent will be responsible for generating new leads and acquiring new clients for Dvara Solutions' products in India, driving the growth of the company's business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through proactive networking, attending industry events, secondary research, and other channels.
- Coordinate and conduct product demos for clients.
- Respond to RFP, Bids, Evaluation Checklists, etc.
- Collaborate with the product development team to create relevant demo content.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Write detailed commercial proposals tailored to clients' needs.
- Manage client interactions across all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to proposal submission, negotiations, contract signing, and funds inflow.
- Track and maintain the sales pipeline on a regular basis.
- Participate in conferences to increase product and company visibility.
- Monitor market trends and developments in financial services and technology.
- Provide continuous feedback to the product development team on emerging industry trends.
- Act as a thought leader and contribute proactively to the strategic direction of the business by offering market insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned..
Key Capabilities
- Prior experience in selling lending software or core banking systems is mandatory
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/task simultaneously
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving & critical thinking abilities is a must
- Ability to work with Senior management of Client organizations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively to client locations
Experience:
We would like to keep it open for candidates with 3-6 yrs of experience.
