Job Title: Manager/ Assistant Manager - Business Development.
Job Purpose:
- As Manager/ Assistant Manager-Business Development your focus will be on building a solid pipeline of prospective clients, new business development, and growing existing accounts in Pharma, Lifesciences, Biotechnology, etc.
- You will be responsible for selling the company's IT services and solutions to a diverse range of clients with a primary focus on driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and successful client acquisition.
Experience: 5+ Years.
Qualification:
- A degree in Science Business Administration, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads in Pharma & Life Science, Biotechnology & Medical Device companies preferably in APAC, MENA, SEA, and OCEANIC regions.
- End to End-to-end management of hunting, pitching, solutions, and execution for B2B clients.
- Bring in new leads through proactive prospecting activities, targeted campaigns, and networking opportunities.
- Execute campaigns, including email campaigns, social media campaigns, andother lead-generation activities.
- Conduct account mapping to identify potential opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to grow those accounts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven sales/ Business Development experience of 5+ years, in IT Services/Pharma/Life Sciences domain.
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry and familiarity with a broad range of IT solutions.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities, utilizing both traditional and digital sales techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
- Ability to establish and sustain relationships with consumers and stakeholders.
