Assistant Manager - Business Development
What you'll do:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing.
- Must be able to present the clients about the company profile, company products and other services.
- Establish a professional working relationship with decision makers and Senior Management to develop a core understanding of the client's unique business needs.
- Perform market research.
- Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team.
- Undertake direct marketing from mailings, tele sales to the web.
- Conduct target search using databases and other sources. The role requires significant interaction with clients/ prospective clients, which may be face-to-face or using other communications media.
- Client focused, proactive and innovative sales professionals who bring a strong sales track record of exceeding targets in generating new business in NCR
Required expertise:
- Master's / Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
- 3 - 4 years proven track record of sales experience in a B2B process
- Related industry knowledge is an advantage along with a technology savvy background.
- We welcome candidates who are analytical, commercial, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language skills may be an advantage), good presentation skills
- Positive, energetic, self-starter with attention to detail and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Best suited for candidates who are ready for the challenge and want broad exposure to grow very quickly professionally, with resilience/strength of character: the willingness to take risks and overcome failures
