Extensive experience in Human Capital management (Core HR, Digital Assistant)
2-4 years in supporting HCM modules specifically Core HR and Digital Assistant
A proven ability and enthusiasm for learning and exploration
Experience of working in agile, cross-functional teams.
A focus on quality, simplification, and best practice
The ability to communicate with peers and stakeholders from different areas, and at different levels, across the business.
Experience in other SaaS HCM products would be beneficial, preferably with a consulting background and experience of end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation project lifecycles
Must have - Experience with all aspects of Oracle HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design.
Oracle HCM - Fusion, Taleo, PeopleSoft Certification is a plus
Must be comfortable being called during NZ business hours in event of a prioritized / urgent item
