Technical Consultant - MS Dynamics 365 (8-10 yrs)

Duco Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and delivering high-quality solutions across the entire Dynamics 365 lifecycle, including implementation, customization, integration, and support.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Consultancy :

- Provide expert technical guidance and support on all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, upgrades, and customizations.

- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using X++ and other relevant technologies.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.

Project Delivery :

- Contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and support.

- Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and clients to ensure project success.

- Manage workload effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality solutions within budget.

Technical Support :

- Provide ongoing technical support to clients after project go-live.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Resolve production issues and provide timely assistance to end-users.

Knowledge Management :

- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

- Contribute to the development of internal technical documentation and training materials.

Technical Skills :

- Strong X++ development skills.

- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model, and integration points.

- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies.

- Experience with Power BI report development.

- Experience with TFS/VSTS version control.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
