Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in marketing UPS systems to channel partners across Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving sales through partner networks.


Key Responsibilities:


Channel Partner Development:

    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with business goals.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote UPS systems through channel partners.
    • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including online advertising, email marketing, and trade shows.
    • Develop marketing collateral and sales tools to support partner activities.

Training and Support:

    • Provide training and support to channel partners on UPS products and solutions.
    • Organize and conduct product launch events, sales training sessions, and webinars.
    • Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively market and sell UPS systems.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing programs.
    • Track partner performance and provide regular feedback and support.
    • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management

Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and aligned strategies.
    • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
    • Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing or partner management, preferably in the IT or electronics industry.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of UPS systems and related technologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
