We at DTDC Express Ltd looking for a Graduate candidate with experience in Channel Sales or Distributions Sales for the role of Sr. Executive Channel - Sales in Boisar & Fort location.

Job Description:

Location: Mumbai (Boisar & Fort)

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Time: 9:30AM - 6:00PM

Role: Sr. Executive Channel

JD :

• Starts the day from field visits in the first part and later operates from the Branch
• Major focus on the service performance of the partners
• Resolving vacant areas through restructuring of delivery areas or appointment of partners
• Focus on imparting training to less then 3years old channel partners
• GOLDEN HOUR of CME focus = When CP arrives for bookings in the evening
• CME + PUD-Ops-Sup responsible to closely monitor partner performance and intervene if any partner is not adhering to company laid processes. cut-offs etc.
• First level action taken directly by CME. Escalates to Branch Head if necessary.
