About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team.
- As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Set and monitor sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Team Management:

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
