Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to team members.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient lead generation and qualification.
- Monitor sales progress and forecast revenue.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
