Roles and Responsibilities

-Responsible for branch inbound & outbound operations within prescribed time.

-Monitoring & ensuring timely arrival and departure of vehicles from the branch.

-Responsible for all pickup and delivery activities of the branch.

-Maintaining prescribed service level of all DTDC products including PTP & E-Commerce shipments.

-Responsible for managing all customer queries arising out of the branch with the help desk of the branch customer support team.

-Ensuring branch adherence to standard operating procedure for all Operational processes.

-Managing the cost budget of the branch and upkeep of branch infrastructure.

-Play the role of administrative supervisor to all branch personnel.

Candidate Profile:

-Desired Candidate Profile

-Graduate with Courier & Cargo operations exp. especially in the first mile & last mile.

-Should have team handling and excellent communication skills.

-Experience: 2 to 6 years
