Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Generating new enquiries through cold calls
• Provide support to customers and branches for demonstration and presentation of all range of products
• Good knowledge in MS Office, MS-Excel, email drafting, billing, purchase entry, sales quotation, sales orders.
• *Experience in Tally ERP Software
• Handling order inputs, enquires, preparing quotations and ensuring follow up with clients, order confirmation and collection of payment.
• Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Tenders participation in government institutions and preparing documents as well.
• Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
• Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
• Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
• Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
• Preparing and submitting reports to Managers as per requirement
• Candidates should have good communication in English.

• Qualification:B.E., B.Tech (ECE / EEE)

• Experience (2-7 years)
