Purpose of the position

As Digital Analytics Analyst at HNC (Health, Nutrition Care), youll will support in the development delivery of HNC s digital and analytics use cases touching multiple commercial and sales domains (e.g., commercial excellence, customer management, go-to-market, e-commerce, growth analytics and insights).

You will gather, process and analyze large data sets to generate business insights and create powerful visualizations dashboards/reports. You will work closely with the Digital Analytics manager and development team to drive the digital transformation at HNC.

Key Areas of accountability/responsibility

• Data management processing: Gather, cleanse, and manage large datasets from multiple digital sources (incl. EDW, ERP, CRM, Web, MKT platforms); Ensure timely preparation and processing of data for reports and insights generation. Ensure data quality and integrity across the digital products solutions
• Visualization Reporting: Design maintain powerful dashboards reporting (e.g PowerBI, Excel) to present key business metrics insights; be a driving force in creating innovative ways of engaging the user community with data insights
• Digital product development delivery: work with agile teams to design deliver digital products and solutions for sales and commercial applications. Support in gathering business requirements data processing and help translate into concepts and MVPs
• Collaboration driving adoption: Support in driving the adoption of the digital products with different stakeholders affected by the digital initiatives (e.g., users, business partners); Translate (new) business needs into technical requirements to continuously help improve the digital products solutions
  

You Bring

• University degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• +2 years experience in digital analytics, business analysis, or similar role
• Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Excel, PowerBI and/or similar data visualization tools).
• Experience with data handling and querying languages like SQL, Python is a plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to derive insights from large, complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Familiar with agile product development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment where change is a constant.
