Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence) is a plus
Sales capability strategy development and activation experience.
Budgeting and forecasting experience with commercial and financial acumen.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
Experience with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data modeling and predictive analytics.
Familiarity with CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
