Job Title - Performance and Data Reporting Analyst

Your key responsibilities

Lead the transition from manual data entry and Excel-based reporting to automated dashboards and advanced analytics tools.
Exposure to Power BI and Power Queries tools for automated reporting.
Develop and implement automated reporting systems to streamline data collection, analysis, and visualization, enhancing operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Collaborate with production sites to understand their digital needs, provide ongoing support, and optimize the use of digital tools.
Coordinate and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review processes, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all reporting outputs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of digital strategies and performance management processes.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements for data management and performance tracking.

You bring:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Application / Graduation
Minimum 5 years of industrial experience relevant/related industries.
Exposure to Power BI and Power Queries tools is must/added benefit.
