Job Description

The Data, Analytics, and Tools team within the Sourcing Procurement scope is responsible for managing analytics tools and creating dashboards that facilitate data-driven decision-making. This team analyzes procurement data to identify trends, optimize sourcing strategies, and improve supplier performance. A key responsibility includes maintaining and evolving the tools, with active participation during sprint phases to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business needs. By providing actionable insights and visualizations, they support stakeholders in making informed business decisions that enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings. Overall, their role is crucial in leveraging data to enhance procurement processes and outcomes.

What will your essential responsibilities include

Manage the weekly and monthly data refresh from source systems, including data reconciliation to source files.

Support reporting cycles including management information packs where required.

Support gathering of business requirements, spec and UAT enhancement waves to our data applications.

Establish an effective and accurate data management process for capturing and maintaining key information relating to contracts, suppliers, purchases that ultimately feeds into all systems used.

Using key information sources such as VDA, Beroe etc, provide supply market analysis, insights.

Provide detailed benefits reporting and dashboards for all Procurement activities including financial/ savings, service and contractual benefits and other benefits as appropriate.

You will report to Programs Reporting Lead.

We re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in managing master data and developing and distributing standard and bespoke reports.

Knowledge of Procure-To-Pay systems, ERP systems such as Coupa.

Experience translating non-technical business requirements using analytical approaches to produce actionable reports.

Advanced experience using Excel is essential and experience in Power Query.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

Comfortable working and connecting with people at all levels in the business and managing expectations in a polite and friendly manner.
