Job Description
- Performs more complex and investigational/validation experiments or analysis of it using wide range of laboratory equipments, methods, and procedures.
- Able to perform literature and patent search for projects, well conversant with scifinder, reaxys etc. e-resources.
- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance activities of Laboratory, Housekeeping of laboratory and surrounding area.
- Process optimization and transfer optimized processes to pilot plant/commercial plant.
- Well verse with compound purification by fractional distillation and column chromatography and identification of all components by using analytical techniques.
- Ensure exhaustive documentation of the experiments done in the labs.
- Actively promotes and strictly enforces the company s SHE guidelines and rules in the lab and throughout the site.
- Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards.

- M.Sc. in Chemistry (Preferably Organic Chemistry)
- Strong exposure to various analytical techniques such as IR, NMR, Mass, HPLC, GC and others
- Basic knowledge of Process safety and Process engineering
- Good understanding and previous exposure to pilot plant/ Industrial plant
- Highly passionate, curious, open minded with excellent communication, able to work on bench skill for successful teamwork.
- 7 to 10 years experience in similar kind of industries
