Chief Research Consultant

We are currently seeking experienced Chief Research Consultants to lead and contribute to strategic projects with the Asian Development Bank.

We are looking for Chief Research Consultants with over 10 years of experience to manage and execute critical projects for the Asian Development Bank. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in research, project management, and consultancy, with extensive experience in international development or related fields.

Lead and oversee high-impact projects at the Asian Development Bank.
Develop and implement research methodologies and strategies.
Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
Provide expert guidance and insights to optimize project outcomes.
Engage with stakeholders and ensure alignment with client goals.
Maintain high standards of quality and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, Public Policy, Education, Development Studies etc).

• Over 10 years of experience in research consultancy, project management, or international development.

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects and teams.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience working with international organizations, such as the Asian Development Bank/UNDP/World Bank, is highly desirable.
