Key Accounts Manager- HoReCa- FMCG

Role & responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation:
• Identify and engage potential HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, catering) via research, cold calls, and networking.

• Client Meetings & Relationship Management:
• Conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers like chefs, F&B managers, and procurement heads.

• Pipeline Management & Sales Strategy:
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Market Research & Expansion:
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
• Identify opportunities for market entry and product differentiation.

• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine strategies.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• New client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Lead conversion rate and pipeline health.
• Market penetration and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years in business development or sales, ideally in HORECA or B2B FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively
