Accounts Receivable Executive- FMCG

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in SAP and Accounts Receivable, preferably from an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) type of company with a PAN India presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process.
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts.
• Generate invoices, credit memos, and maintain billing records.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to AR.
• Stay updated on SAP functionalities and ensure efficient usage.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• B.com or MBA with a finance specialization.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
