DealerManagement:
Ensure sufficient dealer onboarding bycoordinating with the sales team.
Monitor dealer performance to obtain the bestquotes quickly.
Coordinationwith Procurement:
Work closely with the procurement team to ensureaccurate vehicle inspections.
Minimize inspection mismatches to facilitatesmoother vehicle liquidation.
VehicleLiquidation:
Manage the liquidation process to maximize salesreturns.
Implement strategies to expedite the sale andturnover of vehicles.
ProcessGovernance:
Develop and enforce SOPs, SLAs, and guardrailsfor the auction and procurement processes.
Ensure processes are optimized for efficiency.
PlatformDevelopment:
Collaborate with tech teams to build and enhancethe auction platform.
Define product features and manage thedevelopment roadmap.
Data Reporting:
Analyze dealer performance, inspection results,and auction data for continuous improvement.
Generate regular reports on procurement andliquidation activities.

Skills Qualifications:
Experience in procurement, auction management,or dealership relations
Ability to chase targets
Expertise in developing and enforcing SOPs andSLAs.
Strong coordination skills with cross-functionalteams, especially procurement.
Product management experience or exposure todigital platform development is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational ability.
