Your Role:

- We are looking for a Director - Product Management to help us scale our internal and external products as we pursue our aggressive global growth ambitions.

- In this role, at Drip, you'll help deliver best-in-class customer experiences and tools to automate trade financing.

- You'll empower customers to manage their trade financing process far more efficiently than they do today.

- If you excel at working closely with customers, sales teams, and especially engineering and design teams to navigate complexity and drive impact, we'd love to hear from you.

- Build strategy on how product area(s) can drive significantly higher value for Drip in a 12-24 month timeframe

- Full ownership of Drip's product strategy and roadmap

- Deeply understand Drip's customers, their workflow needs to define new use cases

- Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity

- Ensure coordination and alignment between Product and Technology teams

- Lead cross-functional alignment and coordination with Drip's leadership team, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders

- Build processes that will scale as the team and company grow

- Work closely with product management & engineering teams to drive product development, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility and product vision

Our Checklist:

- 6-8 years of experience as a product manager

- Expertise in software architecture and development, with a strong understanding of system design principles and the ability to translate technical requirements into product specifications

- Experience working in the FinTech space / on B2B lending products

- Ability to keep pace in a high-growth startup environment is a strong plus

- Strong analytical thinking skills, able to navigate high degrees of complexity and ambiguity

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Proven track record of an ownership mindset, customer-first approach, taking initiative, and delivering results

- Willingness to work with stakeholders across multiple time zones
