Job Description
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Analyze client data and documents to assess risks and support decision-making.
- Assist with collections, including calling clients whose payments are due and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding invoices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
- Assist in preparing risk reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives within the team.
What We re Looking For :
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage in client-facing interactions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and willingness to work the night shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST) .
- Comfort with making collection-related calls and ensuring professionalism during client interactions.
- Any prior experience or exposure to risk management, client servicing, collections, or finance will be a plus.
