As a Marketing Manager for Growth Customer Lifecycle Management at DreamSetGo, you will lead all the digital marketing initiatives which include growth marketing strategies, automation and performance marketing initiatives. You would be leading online customer acquisition, retention and engagement. A keen sense of planning, execution, analysis, innovation and resourcefulness will be essentials for this role. A strong culture of collaboration across functions would be required in this role to own customer success experience.
Key Responsiblites:
Omnichannel Communication Automation: Design and implement multi-step customer journeys and triggers (e.g., onboarding, upsell, re-engagement) via WhatsApp, SMS / RCS, app/website notifications and email. Audience segmentation expertise to optimize conversions and drive personalisation.
Performance Marketing Growth: Plan and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, affiliate channels) to acquire leads and drive bookings. Oversee SEO tactics and closely collaborate with the technology, sales and customer success teams to drive customer conversions.
MarTech Stack Analytics: Own marketing platforms (automation, analytics, attribution tools) to measure and optimize funnel performance. Produce regular performance dashboards highlighting CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Reporting Budget Allocation: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources to high-performing channels. Report insights with a focus on ROAS ROI, campaign outcomes, and future strategies.
Qualifiers:
Minimum 4 years of experience in growth performance marketing roles.
Preferred prior experience : Startups, D2C (Consumer Goods / High frequency services), Agencies (Digital / Social / Production)
Expertise in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads) and attribution modeling.
Skilled with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, data dashboards, BI tools).
Experience in customer lifecycle management and segmentation.
Passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry is a plus.
