Sr Engineer - Assembly

Role & responsibilities

1) Preparation of layout for new project

2) Educate to team on best practices, company policies and service.

3) Develop and maintain operational guidelines for employee.

4) Oversee assembly operational risk and audit activities.

5) Prepare process flow for each project

6) Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.

7) Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment.

8) Prepare budgeted manpower required station wise , for every project

9) Evaluate current assembly operational strategies and recommend improvements.

10) Calculate tact time /cycle time of each operation

11) Line balancing

12) Design a storage method

13) Responsible for complete handover of each project .

14) Responsible for assembly line efficiency & OEE target.

15) Time & Motion study for assembly line

16) Responsible for department inventory & material re-cancellation.
