Role & responsibilities

In-depth and detailed experience in Assembly shop operations in an engineering company
In-depth understands of the machining activity
Handson on shop layouts, assembly planning, manpower allocation techniques and VSM process.
Plan the production and aware of capacity requirements
Read and understand the drawings and able to work in SAP
Prepare MIS
Maintain OTD by arranging the shop floor activity
Understand various tools of best manufacturing practices
Bring a strong control in the process control and implementation of Lean manufacturing
Inventory utilization and control
Development of new processes and toolings
Exposed to Lean techniques, 5S techniques and their implementation at the shop floor
