Job Description
- To enter enquiry in SAP, received from client.
- To review enquiry & collect missing/required data from client.
- To discuss with the zonal heads for optimizing the rates of the offer.
Offer submission
- To prepare the cost estimation for the product.
- To prepare technical offers.
- To prepare price offer in SAP.
- To get the techno-commercial offer approved from the zonal heads and submit the same to the client.
Post order
- To generate SO & Project in the SAP after receiving the purchase order.
- To prepare GA requisition.
- To submit the drawing, QAP & data sheets to client.
- To prepare the contract review check sheet (CRCS) and get it approved from zonal head and VP.
- To issue the Sales Order to relevant departments.
- To review the comments received from customer on submitted documents, revise and re-submit for final approval.
- To issue the approved documents to concern department.
Vendor Management
- To coordinate with the vendors for the bought-out items.
- To understand the technicalities of the vendor product for handling the customer queries.
- To maintain documents as per IMS requirement.
