Assistant Collections Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding amounts from customers overdue on their loan repayments.
  
• Ensure timely recovery of loans by identifying delinquent accounts and implementing effective collection strategies.
  
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to resolve payment issues and improve collections performance.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, operations staff, and senior management.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in debt management or related field (collections).
  
• Strong understanding of bucketing principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
