Role & responsibilities

We are expanding our Field Collections & Recovery team

• Control bucket flow cases and focus on non-starters.
• Ensuring documented feedback.
• Ensuring legal guidelines and audit queries are complied with
• Ensuring adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise / bucket-wise / segment-wise.
• End to End collection in Unsecured lending

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for candidates who have Field Collection experience in mentioned location , have worked with a Fintech or NBFC

This is a third party payroll position.
