Senior & Junior Executive - Quality Assurance

Role & responsibilities:

1. Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained as per ISO 15189.

2. Preparing labs in coordination with Head Quality Assurance for accreditation as per ISO 15189 and NABL 112.

3. To oversee the compliance and implementation of the requirements of the QMS in Central as well as in regional labs.

4. To ensure use of current and controlled log, forms & records in technical sections for compliance of standard requirements at Central and peripheral labs.

5. To review IQC and records at Central lab on daily basis.

6. To review daily QC data of peripheral labs and providing feedback to Head Quality Assurance and respective labs head.

7. To review EQA/ILC performance of peripheral labs and verify where appropriate CAPA is taken for outliers.

8. To ensure EQA/ILC schedules are available and adhered to.

9. To ensure SOPs and WIs are aligned as per ISO 15189 requirements.

10. To Head Quality Assurance in planning, organizing and carry out internal audits of all elements of the system, both managerial and technical at Central and peripheral labs.

11. To ensure monthly training events are conducted as planned in all peripheral labs.

12. To discuss the QMS process related issues with Consultants of peripheral labs on a weekly basis through conference call.

13. Responsible for analyzing Monthly QI’s and provide feedback to Head - Quality Assurance.

14. Address the incidents/complaints raised by Clients/clinicians/Customers in coordination with the Head - Quality Assurance.

15. To organize weekly meetings with supervisors of all technical sections at Central Lab.

16. To Coordinate with Manager QA in conducting MRM`s as per the QMS.

17. To prepare SOP’s related QMS and ensure implementation of the same.

18. Preparing the minutes of the meeting & circulation of all the meetings taking place in & between Central Lab & regional lab heads.

19. Responsible for maintaining consumption and distribution of QC’ for all labs.

20. To impart training as and when required to technical staff on QMS requirements under the guidance of Head - Quality Assurance.

21. Travelling to regional labs on instructions from Head - Quality Assurance to check compliance of ISO 15189 requirements at all regional labs.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate from life sciences background will be preferred for this role.

As this requires travelling across the branches who are willing to travel only in India need to apply.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Perks and benefits:

Salary for Senior Executive: Maximum 4.00 Lakhs/Annum

Salary for Junior Executive: Maximum 2.40 Lakhs/Annum
