Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate failure investigations and root cause analysis with relevant personnel.
- Perform risk assessments, gap analysis, and propose CAPAs during failures or incidents.
- Handle deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and non-conformities.
- Monitor and coordinate equipment qualification and training activities.
- Review of Study related documents, protocols and other QMS documents. Conduct inspections.
- Facilitate external audits, conduct internal communications, and manage cross-functional team interactions.
- Review and prepare QMS documents, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice and ISO 17025.
- Maintain and archive master records, study plans, SOPs, and facility records, and promptly report inspection results.
Candidate Profile
- Masters/B Pharm/ M Pharm in Life science or relevant field.
- Fresher to 2 years experience in QC / QA Pharma.
- Skills required: Awareness of QMS, Good written and communication skills, attention to details, promptness, fair awareness to regulatory requirements and current improvements.
- Skills with added advantage: Certifications in QA field.

Managers in certain functions are provided the opportunity to avail of flexible hours. All jobs are located at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
