Quality Assurance Executive

Job description

Furlenco is looking for smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual who can
narrow their focus to one singular goal, in this case, growth. The individual will drive
Operational Excellence and build performance culture for the Warehouse.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Analyze the customer complaints received on a daily basis and assist in providing
solutions to the same.
- Inspect furniture products for quality and functionality as and when required at our
warehouses.
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Analyze defects and collaborate with respective teams to resolve issues
- Learn and adapt to new testing tools and methodologies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Minimum Job Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience in quality assurance or testing (freshers welcome)
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Basic knowledge of data analytics.
