Team Lead - Process Engineering

Educational qualification:

A B.E. or B.Tech.

Minimum work experience:

15 to 20 years of experience

Skills & attributes: Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Filling line machines (Washer, Tunnel, Filling machine, Capping), LYO (Lyophilisers), and Isolators.
• Knowledge of budgeting, preventive maintenance & calibration scheduling and execution.
• Ability to handle projects related to machine upgrading, installation, and commissioning of new equipment, area modification.
• Basic knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and computerized systems (SCADA Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition).
• Strong knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance strategies.
• Experience in event investigation and CAPA implementation.
• Familiarity with audit compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
