Role & responsibilities

1) Develop functional capability of sales team.

2) Identify learning needs.

3) Design & develop training material to cater to those needs.

4) Deliver classroom/Virtual training and update existing training content with the objective of improving in-clinic effectiveness & on-job performance.

5) This job involves frequent travel within the country.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Diversity candidate will be preferred for this role.

2) Pharma understanding is preferred.

3) Strong understanding of sales processes and business knowledge.

4) Good communication and presentation skills.
