Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the executive team, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills.

• Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel for executives
• Maintain and organize executives calendars and prioritize tasks
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external communication
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Take initiative in anticipating the needs of executives and proactively solve problems
• Assist in special projects and ensure follow-up and completion of tasks
• Perform general office duties such as filing, phone support, and other administrative tasks as needed.
