Calendar Management : Manage the CEOcalendar with precision, coordinating all professional and personal scheduling, including meetings, events, and travel.
Communication Coordination : Act as the primary liaison for the CEO, handling all forms of communication with discretion and professionalism.
Meeting and Event Planning : Organize meetings and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed seamlessly, from venue selection to agenda preparation.
Travel Arrangements : Coordinate all aspects of travel for the CEO, including booking flights and accommodations, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience.
Document Preparation : Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Project Management Support : Provide support on various strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.
Confidentiality Maintenance : Uphold strict confidentiality on all business matters, demonstrating integrity and discretion at all times.
Executive Support : Provide direct support to the CEO, facilitating the efficient use of their time and resources.
Stakeholder Engagement : Assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency of the executive office.

Requirements
Bacheloror Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 yearsexperience in an executive support role, preferably within IT Industry.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
