- Windows Server Administration and Management

- Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting of tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity
- Deliverables will include ticket ownership, response, resolution and update and handle escalated tickets from various levels
